Return & Refund Policy
At Skynouraa, your satisfaction matters. If there’s an issue with your order, we make returns and refunds simple and transparent.
1. When You Can Request a Return/Refund
You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
* You received a damaged, defective, expired, or wrong product
* You raise the request within 7 (seven) days of delivery
* The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
No return or claim will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Required Proof
To process your request, please provide:
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
* A mandatory unboxing video recorded at the time of opening
Requests without proof cannot be processed.
3. How to Submit a Request
Email us at helpskynouraa@gmail.com with:
* Order ID
* Full Name
* Issue description
* Photos + unboxing video
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Replacement or Refund
If approved, you may receive:
* A replacement of the same product, or
* A refund if replacement is unavailable or the order was cancelled before shipping
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (may take up to 10 days depending on your bank/provider).
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot process returns or refunds if:
* The request is made after 7 days of delivery
* The product is opened, used, or tampered with
* Required photos/video are missing
* Damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling
* It is a change-of-mind return
* Packaging is missing or altered
6. Partial Payments Policy
All Partial Payments made for COD (PPCOD) orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
